ArchaeoSchool project, through the study of local Greek and Roman archaeological sites and by based on differentiated educational and linguistic approaches and ICTs, aims to support our students to understand the present and build their future in order to be active citizens, critical thinkers, problem resolvers and to find new job opportunities.

"ArchaeoSchool for the Future: a sustainability approach" uses the existence of archaeological sites from the Greco-Roman era in three closely associated areas of Europe as a basis for developing a strategic approach to strengthening the links between the school and its local environment, deepening concepts of local and European identity and improving the employment opportunities of young people.


The archaeological sites targeted in the project are:

Ancient Messene (Greece)

Roman theater in Verona (Italy)

Roman ruins of Tarraco, Tarragona (Spain)

Ancient Greek and Roman cities of Empuries (Spain)
